High quality visual media is essential for teaching and studying art history and visual culture. The Visual Media Center supports students and lecturers at the Chair of Art History with all questions about image research, and presentation and reproduction of digital visual media. It is also available to assist other KU departments with the digitalization of visual media and its use in teaching and learning. In addition to producing digital copies and helping with the maintenance of individual image databases, the Visual Media Center provides department members with access to the digital image archive Prometheus.
More information and login details for the image database are available from Dr. Bruno Grimm, M.A..
